How to choose a sport for my child
September is a difficult month for most parents and children. Depending on the age, there are a number of issues that parents are asked to manage, such as separation of younger children and their integration into preschool or kindergarten and the stress of elementary school or even high school for older children. 2. How many times a week should my child play sports?
Modern Sports Pyramid states that children should participate in play activities on a daily basis, 3-5 times a week should choose a sport to improve their aerobic status, and 2-3 times a week to do exercises , sports or activities for the development of intramuscular fitness, strength and flexibility. It is therefore clear that children need to exercise on a daily basis and receive intakes and stimuli from different sports, which will help them to develop their body in a uniform manner and in their social diversity. 3. What is the right age for my child to start a sport?

However, nowadays almost everywhere there are academies aimed at very young children that aim to introduce and initiate them into this sport from an early age through play. What parents need to keep in mind is that these academies are staffed by scientific staff who are aware of the developmental and emotional needs of each age and design the program in such a way that children can enjoy and experience feelings of joy and competence, but also learn to develop cooperation, patience and perseverance, discipline and mutual help.
4. How do I figure out what sport my child likes?
At the age of 7-10, children are able to have specialized movement and can optionally pursue a sport. The reasons children usually decide to play sports are:
Because their friends do the same sport
Because there is a recent international success in this sport
Why have they felt successful and rewarded by someone else when doing this sport eg to school or square
Because for some reason, they like this sport
The reasons parents encourage their children to pursue a particular sport are:
Because there is an academy or a field very close to their home
Because they themselves have been involved in the sport in the past and there have been eg. champions or have failed to achieve what they think they could have achieved
Because they have knowledge of this particular sport
Why do they think their child’s body image is appropriate for this sport?
Why do they think this sport will offer the child something in the present or in the future (eg self-defense, money, etc.).
What parents need to keep in mind in order to come up with the right sport for their child is that they have to give.
Do you know what the motive is? Being well-motivated, each of us can literally transform the mountains. Each of us had moments in life when, despite the long thorny path, the desired goal was achieved.
I don’t know, you might be saving money to buy a parrot or fulfill all the terms of your parenting contract to buy an expensive toy … Or you may already need to lose weight once … Remember your mental attitude opposite to success. Remember where you got your power and how you came up with an idea to achieve your goal. Did you feel good during this time? You were proud of yourself
Or, on the contrary, the motives were negative. For example, after an unpleasant event, you acquired a new skill or, by avoiding the bad dog, you found another way home …

The second motivation is energy charging. You cannot get away with an empty battery, so charge it first. Look online for images of slim people leading a healthy lifestyle. Thin bodies are great motivators.
Compare photos of people who lost weight only on diet and those who lost weight with sports.
Please note that in the first edition, people rarely take photos in negligee. Often they have nothing to show. Usually, with hunger, the body does not get rid of cosmetic problems (wrinkles, cellulite). And when you lose weight with the help of exercise, the body often looks more attractive and sexy.
